Refunds and Returns

We want you to be happy with the products you ordered. If you ordered the wrong products (you would be amazed how many agencies don't know which model of PepperBall launcher they have!), we can exchange them for the right product, but the agency must pay for return shipping.

All products must be returned in unused condition. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. Please call prior to returning any products to ensure that we understand what problems or issues you may have.
